Return & Refund Policy
Cancellation
We accept order cancellations before the product has been shipped or produced. If you cancel your order during this time, you will receive a full refund. However, once the product has been shipped, we are unable to cancel the order.
Returns (if applicable)
We accept returns of products within 14 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process the return. Please note, returns should not be sent back to the manufacturer.
Customers will not be charged for shipping, including returns. No restocking fees will apply for returned products.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to confirm receipt. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received your refund yet, please follow these steps:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.
- Reach out to your bank, as there is often a processing period before a refund appears.
